About "Audio1"

Birthed in 2000, from the humble suburbs of Bournemouth-UK, this Indie five piece are a band on a mission; The mission is to affect as many people as possible with their positive music and inspiring stage conduct.

Recently described as 'a refreshing antidote to the exhausted 'bad boy' image of a passing generation, but not without their own intrigue and diversity.'

Pulling together a plethora of musical influences from Linkin park to Keane, Snow Patrol to Robbie Williams, mixing a blend of hooky choruses & driving gritty guitars, with refreshing vocals delivering clear & challenging lyrics, the sound of Audio1 is perhaps best described as Grit-Pop/Rock.

If you like meaningful music that nibbles your ears, torches your soul and blows your mind, then this band is definitely for you.

'Wordsmith Selby writes as he sings - with clarity, and this two year assignment (Debute Album  Evilution) has shown his ability as a writer to infuse passion and music, like tea with hot water, which calms the soul.'  - Brian Edgeley / Music Review Journalist

'...clearly this is another band of musicianaries who mean business.' - Tony Cummings / Music review Journalist for CR Magazine
